We recognise that even comparatively minor offences can have a huge impact on individuals, whether or not they have been in trouble with the law before.

We strive to ensure that every client is given a personal and quality representation at the Police Station or at Court.

At the Police Station:

We offer a free 24 hour service to anyone arrested and held at a Police Station in Gloucestershire. Representation will be provided either by Tim Burrows or by an accredited Police Station Representative.

We also offer representation to anyone being interviewed by the Police or any other agency outside the Police station in connection with any criminal matter.

At Court:

We provide representation at the Magistrates’ and Crown Court to any one who has been charged or summoned for any criminal offence, including motoring offences. Legal Aid may be available depending on the offence and your financial circumstances.
