Motoring Offences

We recognise that even relatively minor Road Traffic Offences such as speeding can have a major impact upon an individual.

We specialise in providing assistance and representation in a whole range of Traffic related matters. We have experience in representing clients who have successfully challenged ploice radar and laser detection devices, in successfully defending clients who have been chargrd with Drink Driving offences, Driving without Due care or dangerously, Tachograph and Construction and Use offences.

We represent clients in all Gloucestershire Courts on a regular basis and are happy to attend Courts in surrounding counties as and when required.

We are happy to provide a quote on a fixed fee basis and can advise on eligibility for Legal Aid where appropriate.
