Diana Lyalle Diana is a state educated Oxford University graduate. She qualified as a solicitor in 1993. The majority of her experience since then has been in respect of claimant clinical negligence claims, as well as serious and fatal road traffic accident claims, and inquests. She became a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme in 1998, and has particular experience of claims involving birth injury, brain injury, orthopaedic negligence, delayed diagnosis of cancer, and fatality. In her spare time Diana volunteers for Nailsea Disability Initiative, providing help with appeals against refusal to grant disability related welfare benefits. She is also a wine tasting host, being a WSET Advanced Certificate award winner.
